At Kooxss, we aim to provide a clear and fair return process. Please review the following return and refund guidelines carefully before initiating a return request.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and original packaging, along with valid proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. These items include:
• Socks or other personal wear items that have been worn or washed
• Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Promotional
• Items showing signs of use, damage not caused by our handling, or missing original packaging
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at help@kooxss.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Once a return request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you promptly with the resolution process.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, Kooxss will notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds are issued by Kooxss to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Ineligible Returns
Return requests submitted after 30 days from delivery, or items that do not meet the return eligibility requirements, may be declined.
